PhotoCraft 0.7.0 fixes layers, brushes and masks

PhotoCraft 0.7.0 landed on October 11, 2026. It is mostly polish from community pull requests. Highlights from the release notes:

• Brushes: soft brushes now paint soft strokes, and very thin lines stay even.
• Layers panel: Opacity and Fill share one aligned column; mask thumbnails update after Invert and other whole-mask edits; deleting a layer selects its neighbour.
• Selections: Magic Wand ignores hidden colour when selecting transparency, and smart selection keeps your selection when it finds nothing.
• Free Transform: the preview is clipped to the canvas.
• Files: TGA export keeps the alpha channel.
